Hi, has anyone had a massage with a count of 38 (UK)? Does it cause bruising? I have a gift card for a spa day with massage and not sure whether to have the massage?

I have had many Thai massages. Which are quite rough. I find that my arms and legs bruise but my back doesn’t so I go for a head and shoulder massage. But everyone if different

Thanks, it is my legs and arms that tend to bruise just with day to day stuff so hopefully I should be OK with a shoulder massage.

Hey I’ve had itp for 9 years now and a massage would do wonders for the body. It will actually help increase platelets!!dont worry about bruising as they are really gentle on the skin!!
