steroid injection for back pain with pain team?
I have tried acupuncture weekly,
massage
, physio and I’m now at the stage I can’t sit down. I am now desperate to try a steroid injection of some sort, has anyone had this through the pain team on nhs? Hoping to get some answers as I’m loosing the will to live like this.

Is My Illness Entering a New Phase?
I soon have to go and teach an exercise class and then I have a
massage
scheduled for later in the day. I hope to get out and do a good bit of walking, too. Tomorrow I have a med check with my doctor. I plan to talk to her about how to safely use the klonopin.

is this a flare
Last Wednesday I cut down from 12 and a half to 11mg after being on the higher dose for 7 weeks and feeling ok, by the next day didn’t feel great, thought probably withdrawal, on the Thursday I had a back
massage
which at the time was amazing, she worked quite hard on my back and neck as quite knotted

Stabbing/shoting pains.
Hi there, I often get a very tender pain to my right ear and simply
massage
gently and pain dissappears. However, Tuesday evening got the same pain accompanied with stabbing/shooting pains to the right of my head./ temple. The pain isn't constant but the pain stops me in my tracks.

YES!! Here we go again; It’s POM POM TIME
Starting and finishing on the Village Green, with sports
massage
available at the end! They know how to live down there 🙂. https://www.runwisborough.co.uk Next, we have: 🌟 aliboo70 running the NeedlesHM which is of course on the Isle of Wight. Sounds like a mixed blessing!

Leg Cramps
These are leaving me with sore legs for days after and I thank god my husband has been on hand on a couple of occasions to
massage
them hard for me. Could this be a symptom of PV or a side effect of Pegasys ? Taking extra magnesium doesn’t seem to help unfortunately.

TMJ likely?
Massage
helped. Did chewing gum test today - sore to chew still on right side but from the outset; no worse after three minutes and no headaches or other symptoms. This does not seem like claudication to judge from accounts given here. Fingers crossed.

Gabapentin and night time waking
I manage to get back off with moving,
massage
gun etc.. but would like to eliminate this night time RSL. Would you hold back 600mg to when I wake up would that work not sure this medication works straight away or slower release? Or should I switch to pregabalin maybe? Any ideas welcome.

ANOTHER WEEK!! WEEKLY CHAT 11-17 MARCH ☕️🫖💬
I have a sports
massage
booked for Wednesday so hopefully that will loosen things up 🤞 This running business is always a roller coaster and you never know what’s around the corner so let’s see what happens on the day. Is your running going to plan? Or are things taking a different turn?

PPS help
Nothing really helped and insurance generally wouldn't pay for more than 6 sessions, So I opted for alternative therapies: acupuncture,
massage
, and the Feldenkrais Method of Movement, all of which are not covered by insurance, but have helped a little bit.

I messed up
Another 2 months passed and I tried to deal with the symptoms using heat pads,
massage
guns, cbd oil etc, while tapering down kratom. When it became unbearable I decided to stop cold turkey. And this I did.

I told her that my
massage
therapist suggested that I ask for a muscle relaxant. I had to wait for the GP to prescribe them but I am not sure that they have helped. In fact, I have been wondering if they might be the cause of me losing control of my bladder. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm so tempted to
massage
it all day. But I didn't notice any skin breakout, however there may have been one or two sensitive red spots directly underneath the penis shaft/head.

AF and massage
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anybody has had any effects after having a
massage
with AF? There are so many conflicting stories on Google whether it's safe etc so I was just wondering if anyone has any info about it. Thanks 😊

Walking after a meal
I still am wearing a compression sleeve but the calf felt great, especially after its cross-fibre
massage
earlier in the day. The meal was great, with also some added aperitifs ahead.
