Tell me about your Sports Massage…did it help?🤔🤞
My physio has suggested I have a sports
massage
, to see if some of this residual tightness can be released. She has recommended a colleague of hers - apparently a runner herself and has also been a Team GB Triathlete!

Tinnutus Suddenly
My hearing seems fine no loss or difficulty in hearing things In the mornings if I
massage
the outer part and back of ear it sounds sticky and wet wax I rang my doctors who said to go to pharmacist first who said that it is a build up of wax and gave me drops for 5 days So I’m waiting to see

RED February completed 🥳🥳
Thankfully the physio then told me I should avoid running, but that walking would be good (combined with stretching, strengthening and
massage
, laser, acupuncture from her).

Packing for holidays as a runner…
In goes the
massage
balls, and I don’t want to not be able to do my physio exercises so a couple of resistance bands get chucked in too. And a few energy gels just in case. Plus some oatcakes in case I want to run before breakfast. And a bath bomb for a nice relaxing post run bath.

RLS on steroids down one side of my body
I've had MRIs, nerve and muscle testing, biopsies,
massage
, etc. I stretch and roll on an Airrosti roller. I've tried mindfulness, but I can't hold still long enough for that to be effective. I think I would just feel better knowing that someone out there suffers from this too.

gun therapy yesterday and extra exercises added to the list.

Ramblings from a calf strain sufferer
Do’s: Gentle
massage
, but if painful, avoid tender area. Relative rest, e.g. depending on strain, walk slowly or don’t walk at all.

peripheral neuropathy
I was wondering if
massage
or a cream would help. I spoke to the neurologist on the phone and he suggested doubling the dose of gabapentin but I am reluctant to do this because of the side effects..

Some Tentative Good News
I've seen the Chiropractor twice, going again next week, she's manipulated my neck, done some deep
massage
and heat treatment and I've not experienced the neck pressure and balance issues for several days now, which feels so wonderful. I'm just hoping it lasts 🙏

massage
and drainage. Back to vascular man he reassured me I didn’t have lymphadema. He referred me to a rheumatologist mri knees - OA both knees with torn menisci which had caused pain for years!!

Runkeeper’s 5k plan - Week 4/6
My second run of week 4 (of 6) should have been yesterday, but I really had to do some foam rolling and
massage
gun-ing after my last few rowing sessions. Even stretching failed to do the trick. My legs were immensely tight.

Red light/ near infrared light therapy
For the past 6-8 weeks I have infrequent RLS symptoms and if I do have symptoms they are easily relieved by use of the
massage
gun for a few minutes on my calf muscles. This marked improvement in the quality of my sleep was a totally unexpected side effect of the treatment for my foot injury.

Is My Illness Entering a New Phase?
I soon have to go and teach an exercise class and then I have a
massage
scheduled for later in the day. I hope to get out and do a good bit of walking, too. Tomorrow I have a med check with my doctor. I plan to talk to her about how to safely use the klonopin.
