So, I may have had a breakthrough...
My housemate would
massage
my bum cheek every night! Where a hard, nerve was! Likely sciatic! Nothing stopped this pain, NOTHING! Now, I’m assuming, seeing as my bowel and ovary are stuck to each other, and to my side wall, that a nerve had become trapped!

Feeling great. Uplifting run
I also decided to do super slow so that didn’t undo any of good strengthening exercises and
massage
treatments. I felt so good 💪 that I continued on to 5k. For the first time in 3 month I was jogging properly and comfortably.

If I loosen my watch strap and
massage
my hand it comes back to life eventually! My pacemaker kicks in when I sleep - but it does not seem to help when I am at my desk. I have just done an ECG, and my pulse if 57 - the pacemaker is supposed to keep it at at least 60.

Anyone tried the vibration plate calfs massage?
Hello everyone, Hope you are all well and safe. I suffer with restless legs for the past 4 years. I am not taking any medication for it as my GP said I am a bit young to take such strong medication. However, I have tried lots of different things to ease the symptoms but not many worked so far. As

Frenuloplasty scar stings and retraction is painful when erect
For now I applying vaseline(white petroleum jelly) and trying to
massage
and stretch the white scar line. I am worried about when it will heal fully and can retract the foreskin when erect. Super scared to even think of sex now.

ways to stimulate the vagus nerve
●
Massage
and acupressure. ● Eating in a relaxing state, in a pleasant and quiet company, without distractions or on the run. The involvement of the vagus nerve in the healthy functioning of the body has begun to be increasingly highlighted in recent years through various medical research.

Advice on adhesions and options for pelvic pain
I have even looked into Osteopathic visceral
massage
and have a call in for them to discuss. Is there anything else out there I can do. Already attempting yoga exercises for constipation. Any advice is much appreciated.

Well; that was eye watering!
I have been given ankle flexibility exercises and some
massage
ball work on the calf as homework. So, day off tomorrow and then back to 5k on Thursday and build up from there; I hope. Physio asked me to check in by e.mail in two weeks from now just to let him know how things are going.

Self accupressure massage stomach and head
Hi all, regarding the above subject, I have already posted my query on the Well being site, and have been advised to also post it on this site. Over the past two weeks or so I have been massaging accupressure points on my stomach and head, at a mild to moderate pressure. I usually consult my GP and
