Can anyone recommend essential oils for depression, sleep difficulty and /or pain?

My wife has problems with depression and sometimes sleep difficulty and is taking medicine (she has thyroid problems as well). In addition to this, sometimes I massage her with natural hemp seed oil, which she found to be useful even for any aches and pain. However, I am finding it difficult to find this at local stores or even online in this part of the world so it be useful if anyone could share their experiences with using other essential oils and how they used them for similar sorts of symptoms. Thank you

hi, I'm an avid fan of Neal's Yard products so check them out. In the past, I've found magnesium spray and magnesium bath salts great for relaxing and sleep. The best elixir to date to help all three - sleep, low mood and pain - has been CBD oil. Please pm me for details.

Geranium and lavender oils are my go to relaxation ones. For uplifting mood I'd use things like grapefruit, rosemary, black pepper, juniper

You can often find them ready blended

Hi gw,Some of the homeopathic remedies are also good, where I live we have Hyland's and Boiron. There are ones for sleep, ones for settling nerves, and ones for pain. There is a cream called Traumacare which is good for topical application.

I have also found Bach's Rescue Remedy helpful.

CBD oil is reportedly great for inflammation, as is a powder called P.E.A. - from a health food store here, not by rx - it is one of those you have to take continuously though and results show in two weeks or so. It is much easier on the system than rx drugs.
