Relief from home made electrolyte drink
I also use Hemp Source Hemp Muscle & Joint Relief Cream, and magnesium oil rubbed into my knees (not at the same time as the hemp cream) - and I've just bought a
massage
gun. Also starting on chair yoga next week.

Most of us are all scared shitless!
When you've made that call you've been dreading, for example, reinforce your success by treating yourself to a
massage
, a country walk, a meal out, a book, a DVD, or whatever little gift makes you happy! Peace out!

I have also been given 10 more Physio sessions using the deep
massage
gun and TENS machine which is painful but really has a positive impact on my lower back and bursitis. ATM I am almost pain free and feeling more positive. Thank you all for your support, it really is helpful and appreciated.

Acupuncture in "Chapter 26: Traditional Chinese Medicine: a "hidden" wonder behind a different vision".
In another study, acupuncture together with Chinese
massage
(tuina) improved tremor, rigidity, dyskinesias and balance, regardless of disease stage (Walton-Hadlock 1999).

Caregivers - what do you do to nurture yourselves?
Plant some seeds, get a
massage
, eat a very healthy diet, go to a concert, take a nature walk, organize your space. What do you all do to take care of you?

Jaw pain
Advised soft food, soft
massage
, anti inflammatory, and showed me gentle exercise. Anyway I had a telephone appointment with my doc about something else and discussed with him , discussing possible GCA.

Not a big walk, or a Nordic Walk, but the chance to cream my feet and give them a foot
massage
, paint my nails, take out my sandals, and use two walks to and at work to give my sandals the first outing for the year.

Update on my hospital appointment
I'm absolutely petrified of the whole thing especially if I have to have ocular
massage
or needling!! I know a lot of people on here have already been through this and come out the other side so I'm hoping with your help I will be able to do the same. Thank you for being there for me.

Lack of Prostate Sensation, cause for concern?
All I know that I feel a lump around 4 inches in on the upper side (towards the ceiling) I
massage
said lump, yet I feel no sensations. I then used a vibrator built specifically for the prostate, yet again, no sensations. Not sure if this is a cause for concern or not hence why I'm asking :(

Post C25K Consolidation, and now Ju-Ju’s Magic Plan W3R3 Done
The reason I was, and am still, so resolute about it was that I had previously torn both Achilles’ which had taken a year to rehabilitate including RICE, daily self-
massage
up and down each side of the tendons, and physio exercises including eccentric heel raises/drops and low-impact swimming, cross-training

Reality Check
I have a
massage
scheduled here in my home today — whoop! We all have this mountain we are climbing, and some days feel like we are barely hanging on … I choose to focus on the good.

Does it sound like cmt or a neurodegenerative desease? My health anxiety is driving me crazy. Please help.
When it happened under my feet, that area hurts a lot and i have to
massage
it in order for it to get better.I went to a neurologist yesterday who checked me. All the physical tests (coordination, strength, perception,…) she did were negative.

How Can I fully evacuate my Bowels?
I
massage
my stomach every night and every morning. I drink a glass of hot water first thing in the morning. This I find gives me a bowel movement quickly. I just want to go normally to the toilet like we all do!! My problem I know is minor compared to so many here.

Tight chest, confusing Asthma like symptoms
Seemingly also, if I
massage
the chest muscle where it's irritated feeling, I can seemingly get some release of the tightness. I'm just really not convinced it's even my asthma. Maaaybe I had covid and all the tests were false negative? So confused and fed-up.

Any Suggestions For Remedies For Energy
I have tried all types of
massage
therapies/Reiki/Reflexology/Mindfulness/Acupuncture etc. and have also spent a serious small fortune on non-pharmaceutical remedies. I have to say that to date -I have yet to find something that I can say has made a credible difference.
