Ive just received all my new supplements and want to make sure I’ve got my head round what I need to take, when. So from looking at previous posts, am I right in thinking:
First thing - Levothyroxine
With breakfast - b vitamins (start with b12 and a week later add b complex?) and vitamin d
Four hours later - iron
Also, do I need to take magnesium if I’m taking vitamin d? And do I take this in the evening?
