When I don't sleep at least 7 hrs I am a zombie the next day...Take 1 mg Klonopin and 6 mg of Melatonin plus Magnesium Glycinate but always wake up after about 4 hrs of sleep and rarely get back to sleep. I'm taking a sublingual Melatonin but it's full of sugar and fillers. Anyone taking a sublingual that really helps with sleep? Please send brands and suggestions?
Thanks

we use Natures bounty. I buy the 10mg capsules and hubby uses one each night. I open capsule and sprinkle a tiny amount under my tongue so one lasts about 5 days.
hi Lyrics 19. Sorry about the late response. I am on vacation and didn’t have my HU password. Anyway, I haven’t taken melatonin for at least a year. At peak I was taking 60 mg at night which I based on posts that I read here. It just didn’t seem to be helping. I still had insomnia and didn’t really feel any other response. My tremors were still off and on, still constipated, still insomnia. So I stopped. What works most of the time now for insomnia, is alternating taking Valerian or Benadryl. Occasionally I don’t need anything. Hope that helps.
HiWell I'm not getting any help sleeping with Melatonin either...I do take 1 mg of Klonopin every night and Magnesium Glycinate. I have finally gotten my constipation under control which is very exciting because I actually feel 100% better now!!! I'm taking 400 mg (3 capsules) of Magnesium Citrate (NOW brand) before bed and sometimes 1 capsule in the morning and viola I poop as soon as I get up every day now YAY!!!!! BIG DEAL FOR ME..it's been years since I went #2 without taking Dulcalax every 1 or 2 weeks..... I was totally stopped up for weeks at a time !
As far as Valerian goes I'll need to see if it's compatible with Lexapro and Gabapentin
Thanks for the info and I hope I have given u some good info too!!
No worries I only take Benadryl when I have the itchees. Works well for my dog lolI forgot to mention that I'm also going to try adding RESCUE REMEDY ( all natural) for sleep
