Some help and advice please with my results.
TBH I got lazy with taking my vitamins too, so I am now as of this week back on Vit D, selenium,
magnesium
, Vit C, Igennus B12, zinc. I am strictly gluten free and have been on and off with dairy (now off!).

I started taking spray
magnesium
and I experienced belly aches, not sure if it’s just me but even when I took tablet form a while ago it affected me in a bad way. Just wondering if that’s my body saying I don’t need it or it just doesn’t like it. Any thoughts? hope everyone is doing good.

tapering high doses of zoplicone
I’m cutting down by quarter and replacing it by
magnesium
and gaba just before bed. How much
magnesium
should I take? I hear high doses but how much is that? Any other recommendations for replacement as I slowly cut down on the zoplicone?

I have tried CBD oil,
Magnesium
, Anti depressants, etc and nothing touches it. Am I doomed to be so very miserable. Its been around since Jan 2022- so in the scheme of things, its not long, but its just so flipping annoying.

experimenting with split dose T3 timings
Plus I take
magnesium
about an hour before I go to bed around 1-2am. Wondering instead if I take my first dose at around 4pm, which is around 3hrs after my breakfast and then second dose around 8pm and then dinner around 8.45pm.

Article to yesterdays afib and dark chocolate
They added that “a typical 100 calorie serving of dark chocolate” (this would typically be around 17g or 5 small squares of chocolate) contains 36 mg of
magnesium
, which has blood-pressure lowering and antiarrhythmic effects.
