So many questions ??
I take
Magnesium
and Vitamin D. I have been taking Omeprazole for the past 6 years under medical advice for chronic gastritis. I have been weaning myself off Omeprazole over the past 4 weeks and feeling the effects on my poor stomach.

have written my endocrinologist and asked her about K and
Magnesium
supplements and whether I should increase or change my PT exercises. I feel kind of at a loss about how to handle this.

What to do about supplements when going abroad
I'm thinking of
magnesium
in particular. I also have a large bottle of vitamin C plus selenium and zinc emulsion but unfortunately it's 450ml. I presume a spray bottle of iron or vitamin D plus K is ok. Do you put them in toileteries pack with shampoo etc?

Poor Conversion T4 to T3 update and supplement advice (Magnesium, Vit B complex, Vit C)
gone back on the iron tablets and having leafy greens daily plus vit C. for the last 6 weeks or so - I do feel a bit better but definitely nowhere near 100% Couple more questions though
Magnesium
- does anyone have any recommendations for a supplement (type/brand)?

What to do next
As in my previous post, I took Gabapentin 5 nights and I feel shakey and my nerves raw. How can I get this crap out of my body faster? I tried an Epsom salts bath but doesn't feel much better if any. Also I am terrified in what to take for sleep and pain tonight. My doctor prescribed tramodol but it

Increase needed?
I self inject B12, take folic acid for the B12, D3/K2/
magnesium
, plus the other B vitamins once a week. The only thing that's changed in the last 15 months is going low oxalate to help treat food intolerances. Fortunately, it's gradually helping and my diet is more diverse.

Am I hypothyroid?
I have been taking supplements for the last 3 months (vit D, fish oil, Curcumin, an adrenal support vitamin, thyroid support vitamin,
magnesium
and a probiotic). I have been trying to cut out gluten, dairy, caffeine and sugar although Iโm probably not as strict as I could be.
