Running and eating healthy helps me, also taking vit D and
magnesium
taurate, although alcohol seems to make them worse and I haven’t really been able to have a good time going out for over a year now.

Always thinking the worse
It could be I'm low on
magnesium
. I stopped into walgreens and talked to the pharmacist. He recommended Calcium and
magnesium
. He asked if I have had any Charlie horses. And I have. There is so much stress in my life as well.

Acupuncture/Amiodarone... a study
I take
Magnesium
Taurate, fish oil, eat bananas, and meditate - not necessarily in that order. I feel the acupuncture in particular is doing me a lot of good, but I know that holistic medicine can be controversial and stir up strong feelings, this is not my intention.

One benefit is that
magnesium
increases fecal copper, whereas as calcium decreases it. -Patrick [1] https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37299574/ [2] https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12505435/#:~:text=In%20recent%20years%2C%20in%20a,its%20deficiency%20in%20the%20diet.

Broken clavicle pain? Broke my clavicle after a epileptic seizure in 2011, but cold weather means dull pain! Must be others same situation?
I suppose some sort of cream would be best, even
magnesium
oil joint spray like I use for my osteoarthritis on my knees might help? doubtful! Is anybody same situation as refracturing clavicle out there?

Anastrozole and Adcal-D3 - hypothyroidism and hormone positive breast cancer
I was not advised to take any co factors with the Adcal-D3 eg Vitamin K,
magnesium
. I was taking Dr Best vit D3 5000IU and K-pearls K2 MK7 - is it safe to continue them with Adcal-D3 ? Many thanks for any pointers.

Supra Ventricular Ectopy
I take 1000mg of
magnesium
glysenate daily and a prescription potassium. I'm worried that the PACS are precursors to renewed AFIB.

Advice on RLS as a reaction to medication?
I’ve started taking additional
magnesium
as well. Apparently my ferritin levels are fine according to a recent blood test. I am rather wary of any further medical treatment as I seem to be reacting very badly to side effects at present.

General questions about starting NDT
Another question: Should I take the NDT at a different time of day to any supplements (D3, K2,
), or does the timing not matter?

Getting off Thyroxin
Occationallly, 400g of
Magnesium
when I can't sleep. To be fair I am a homeopath and that is my go-to for all my health issues.

Has anyone else been diagnosed with hypercalciuria (excess calcium in urine) causing osteoporosis?
Later I learned on a functional medicine podcast that hydrochlorothiazide leaches
magnesium
from the body, which isn't as easily or quickly replaced as potassium which is also leached.

Updated blood test results- is hypo the cause of my symptoms?
I'm taking supplements for iron, vit d,
magnesium
, folate, b vits. Also recently started taking Tyrosine, which actually seems to give me a real boost- not sure if that's a long term solution though. Thank you.

I take
magnesium
and zinc, and gentle iron plus vitamin C, and vitamin D. Any thoughts or advice would be most welcome. I have told some of this in earlier posts, some may remember.

T3 dose times
This is so I can take
magnesium
at 8pm (I go to bed early). I find this too fiddly because sometimes I want a snack and can’t because it’s less than 2 hours before the next dose, etc.
