high cholesterol taking D3
I’m now worried as to avoid taking Alendronic acid for osteopenia I’ve been taking D3+K2 and
magnesium
. I’ve just had my blood test results although D3 hasn’t come through yet, but my bad cholesterol has increased from 5.75 to 7.81 and the only thing I can link to this is taking D3.

Timing of Magnesium L-Threonate dosage
(For those who are unfamiliar, this type of
magnesium
is purported to help with cognitive function. I cut the dose in half as a test, and lo and behold, I’ve been experiencing some brain fog.) TIA.

With using
magnesium
treatment spray, stretching & a portable massage machine seem to have done the job. I've also started running on an incline on the treadmill and making sure I warm up before and stretch after. Here's hoping I'll get back on top form.

He said I could increase VitD3 to 2000iu and that a Vit B complex would be a good idea - I'm also adding in
Magnesium
and investigating D3 with K2 (any suggestions for good source of these?)

My Story
She is checking my thyroid (I am hypo; on levothyroxine) and also
magnesium
and phosphorus levels. She also ordered a 24-hour urine test to check my creatinine and calcium, I believe. She also prescribed gabapentin and a muscle relaxant.

zinc supplements
I take
magnesium
and that’s reaching top of normal and I take omega 3. I’m just starting B12 supplements but she says I’m in normal range 224 pg/mL (197-771) so no real need but take them if I want.

Magnesium biglycinate and levothyroxine - spacing of meds
I will start tonight and take the
magnesium
a few hours before but it would be good to hear what others have done, or if I am going to have to re-think how I take the thyroxine completely. Thanks Clarity

Magnesium
I’ve regularly been given
magnesium
in the form of a powder dissolved in water here in the Basildon Cardiothoracic Centre. When I asked one of the nurses why, she said “it’s good for AF”.

Heavy legs and breathlessness
My legs feel heavy and stiffen up very quickly if I walk on any hard surface like pavements or even supermarket floors for more than a few minutes. It's particularly bad going up any incline, however slight. I literally feel as if I am having to drag my legs and the effort makes me really breathless.

Is it RLS or something else?
Not foam rolling, not stretching, not
magnesium
, not chamomile tea before bed. I had a cortisone injection in the right hip in March 2022 (was not on Lexarpro at the time) , and it settled a few weeks after that. A placebo effect, maybe?
