my magnesium and zinc levels are nearly on red mark which means very very low on borderline . I have started 30 mg on zinc in evening with 440 mg of magnesium .is this sufficient amount to raise the levels and if I have those minerals very low does it mean that my ndt medication might not work and make me symptomatic ? And do I need to take mag and zinc together in evening ?
