magnesium glycinate
I have restless legs and thought I would try taking
magnesium
glycinate to see if it helps. I bought some from Amazon (
magnesium
glycinate 3-in-1 by Nutrition Geeks). I have only taken two tablets so far.

What vitamin gummies are we using?
I keep reading about zinc, omega 3 and
magnesium
. Does anyone have recommendations on gummy vitamins they use for ADHD that are helping? My daughter is 7. Thanks!

I know
magnesium
helps with RLS as I used to use a
magnesium
cream before being prescribed Pregabalin so thought I might take a supplement as extra insurance as well as its other benefits. But I don’t want it to interact with anything else.

He takes omega 3, B12, vitamin D and
magnesium
supplements and it's difficult to know if they are helping or not. I wondered if any of you could advise which supplements have been helpful to you. Lions mane and ashwaganda have also been suggested and I wondered if anyone has tried these?

Inflamation/magnesium
So I decided to see if I could get a reading and take supplements, but was told that because I was now taking prescribed blood thinners, It would be unwise as
Magnesium
would also thin blood.

Vitamin D Result
I take co factors of Vit K2-MK7 and
magnesium
. I have 2 queries I hope you can help me: 1) Is 127nmol/l sufficient (I have hypothyroidism and I have a poor conversion) 2) Should I be adding Vit A? I’ve read that Vit D depletes Vit A.

Water and magnesium
I know she was only trying to help and I think I'll switch my
magnesium
from citrate to marine and see. Anything is worth trying. Did feel she was telling me off though!

cytomel and food
My synthroid bottle has a warning on it about not taking it with iron or
magnesium
and taking an hour away from food or drink. My cytomel doesn't have the same warning. Can I assume that food and drink don’t interfere with absorption with cytomel? Many thanks!

lower dose prednisone
June instead of stopping in may as planned as it’s obviously working providing this was a connective tissue disease causing inflammation and effusion’s, it’s been a very long road for me and I finally feel I getting somewhere although I am struggling with side effects from steroids, I’ve ordered some
