Now my AF these last two months has improved by taking potassium and magnesium I explained this to the practise nurse but she had no interest just said the cardio department recommends the change I asked for a monitor first to see if my AF is better but again no her department type attitude
She didn’t say I couldn’t take potassium with the solatol either but I’m reading in the web that I can’t
So looking for advice if I can carry on taking my supplements

Hello, I am on sotalol 80g twice a day and blood thinner Xeralto. I eat food rich in potassium and magnesium, it seems to keep me out of trouble, I am sinus 99% of the time. The potassium supplement are challenging to dose, too much potassium being a problem.
l take both magnesium and potassium with sotalol … no issues … but what really has helped me are enzymes. Started taking enzymes before meals and no palpitations or afib since l started … approximately 5 months ago. Vegas nerve issues apparently. Best, Jan
Do lots of research, there’s no money in cures in my opinion. I was diagnosed with afib and after much better life style been a fib free for years I am 64 and almost med free. Supplements and real food and stress relief. Get good rest is very important and make sure you do not have sleep apnea
