Am I right that codeine interacts with
magnesium
(I take

threonate and

Armour Thyroid for over 20 years
Take calcium,
magnesium
and zinc. Always on take Armour on empty stomach. My TSH came down but my FT3 and FT4 haven't budged. So last week I asked her to increase and she informed me that she couldn't because I was diagnosed with osteopenia at the site of my 2 lumbar fusions.

RLS medication side effects
Although I still had nights where my RLS was worse I've never been able to attribute it to any food or drink.A physiotherapist suggested I try
Magnesium
which I did but
Magnesium
Citrate, still things seemed a bit better.

B1 therapy
After trying 500mg of B1 for about 2wks, I decided to stop and instead try a B complex and
magnesium
for a while before starting back on B1. I’ve now been taking a B complex every day that has 50mg of B1 and 2mg of B6, along with an extended release capsule of 250mg
magnesium
every 3 days.

Bowel inflammation - any link to PMR/GCA?
I tried cutting out
magnesium
, omeprazole and AA, all with no effect, though I have now stopped the AA completely. I know AA stays in the body for some years, so still suspect it as being the cause. My GP referred me to gastroenterology, appointment was this week.

update and advice please
I tried
magnesium
, but this sent my bowels into overdrive so stopped the supplement. Additionally, I take glucosamine for my joints and marine collagen for hair and nails mainly.

How to improve your blood pressure
Magnesium
is another wonderful mineral for healthier blood pressure. The foods listed above are also good for
magnesium
, as is fish, as is swimming in the sea, temperature allowing! In essence, up your fruit and vegetable intake. Leaning more to a higher amount of vegetables.

Help changing from nighttime Levo to morning please.
Hello.I am currently taking my 75mg of Levo at night but I find it's keeping me awake and it's interfering with when I take my
magnesium
so I'm thinking of taking it in the morning instead but I'm not sure how I do that.
