Daily Magnesium intake?
I'm curious to hear about others
Magnesium
daily intake and experience of taking it. It was one of the first pieces of advise somebody anecdotally told me when I was diagnosed with PA B12D nearly three years ago.

magnesium type and dosage
I recently read that
magnesium
helps. I started taking it at night and it had helped immensely. I am not sure which type I should or dosage I should take, though. Does anyone have any info on this?

Colonoscopy
I supplément with D and K2,
Magnesium
and with zinc oral spray on its way today. My question, do I ride this out and wait to stabilise or get retested? Could it also be because I’ve increased fibre as GI Cons advised? Thank you.

Iv tried iron supplements, tens machine, ice packs,
magnesium
cream and bath salts. Nothing is helping and working full time with the lack of sleep is seriously taking its toll. Can any one recommend anything I have not tried that safe during pregnancy please.

Sleeping w/out THC for the first time in 5 years
I also take vitamin C, vitamin D3, ubiquinol,
magnesium
malate, threonate, glycinate, and citrate (I rotate the threonate and malate randomly). I took B1 HCL 1 gram/day for 4 1/2 years but can't tolerate it since being on the estrogen patch. I'm currently only taking about 3.125 mg/week.

Well I take and need
magnesium
, also vitamin D. Potassium I can be short of in spite of a high banana intake and coconut water. Calcium in the blood is not so good as it may (I'm guessing) indicate bone loss?

Stress & relaxation - could they be key AF points for you?
Today, I am going to attend to more difficult work and personal matters and also stop the
Magnesium
& melatonin skin lotion, which gave me much better sleep but in doing so may have contributed to my AF lapse🤔. Have a good one!

Next steps, what to ask on review appointment? + Birmingham IVF clinic recommendations (Please DM)
for this FET I did proceive +
magnesium
. Would probiotics be helpful? We now have to do a fresh cycle, and considering whether we should change clinics, as they didn't change anything for the past transfers.

More questions from a Levo newbie I'm afraid !
Also I used to have
magnesium
bisglycinate at night to help with sleep and muscle aches. I was having 3 caps which totalled 240mg. I understand that I can't do Levo and
magnesium
at night but topically I could, so I'm switching to a
magnesium
spray and cream for bedtime.
