The eternal supplement conundrum!
Also querying if I need vitamin D and
magnesium
(more to help with sleep). If we can sort finances, we’ll be starting IVF in Feb/March but with my age, I don’t want to lose any time by being told then I should have taken 2/3 months of x supplement.

Naproxen
I stopped taking the naproxen for about 4 months, I'm now back on them with the liners, not had a problem since.I've also discovered the joys of
magnesium
oil on my most painful joints. I'm on a very long waiting list for cortisone injections in both thumbs, the oil is making the waiting bearable.

Most of the foods I eat seem to have calcium, iron or
magnesium
, and I don't want to fill up with junk like gluten free rice bread (I am on a low oxalate diet).

Should I be asking for an increase in Levo?
However, I have been much more consistent with taking Vit B complex, Vit C + iron, Vit D+K and
magnesium
every day.

update and advice please
I tried
magnesium
, but this sent my bowels into overdrive so stopped the supplement. Additionally, I take glucosamine for my joints and marine collagen for hair and nails mainly.

Magnesium butter
Decided to try Sweet Bee
magnesium
butter as supposed to help sleep and RLS. Rub it on soles of feet, legs plus forehead( my idea!). First night woke with RLS...since then really helped and no RLS during the night. Not cheap...£31 inc postage but only use small amount. May be worth a try??

Migraines, headaches, and relationship to b12
A neurologist has suggested I start taking 400mg of riboflavin (B2) and upping my
magnesium
supplement, but with the B12 injections, folic acid and B-complex I’m going to start feeling like a walking B vitamin before long. 😭

How to nurture bone health
Magnesium
is nature’s relaxant. Ahhhhh. Bones are fascinating and there is still so much to learn about them. For now, simply acknowledge their value and take small actions to improve and support ongoing bone health.

Some hope!
Whether it was just time and habituation, or the actual supplement, I believe that
Magnesium
did help with my sleep which in turn may have helped the Tinnitus.

Exemestane side effects?
I read that
magnesium
can help. Oncologists have never heard of that. (There are placebo double blind studies showing it, in post-menopausal women.) They recommended melatonin, which I have not found helpful. I won't take cannabis.
