Is this common? fatigue and joint pain / cold hands and feet
I am also taking these supplements : turmeric, vitamin D3, k2, a, c, e and
magnesium
(at night). I am adding b12 today to see if it would help with the fatigue.

Blood test time - still no better
I take vit b, vit d, selenium and
magnesium
. Doc is at a loss what's wrong with me so I'm on a trial of HRT in case it's perimenopause (I'm 42). Six weeks in and no change yet. When I go back to doc next month, if I'm no better, she'll be wanting me to try anti-depressants.

vitamin B1 - added supplements
Hi, can anyone recommend good quality
Magnesium
and vitamin B complex supplements to take alongside vitamin B1? I live in the UK. There seems to be different types of
magnesium
and do I look for a B Complex that has a low amount of B6 (if that is possible). Would be grateful for any advice.

Latest Blood Test Help
I also take Thorne Basic B and Feel
magnesium
+ calcium and Feel Immunity daily. I stopped taking Basic B four days prior to my blood test (also didn’t eat in the morning of test, which was at 9.20 am) I’ve been wondering if I qualify for trying T3?

Thyroid results - advice please
I do take
magnesium
and k2 with this. - T3 & T4 have both dipped a bit (6 and 20.3 in Oct)...possibly due to a bit of Christmas weight gain, which I'm trying to reverse...! Don't think there's anything glaring exactly in these results, but if anyone thinks there is, please let me know!

Suggestion if you suffer from constipation or IBS-C
If you suffer from hard, dry stools, constipation, stools that are hard to pass you can try:
Magnesium
Citrate This has worked for me and may help you. Besides drinking lots of water and working out, healthy diet But
Magnesium
Citrate is known to put water back into your stools.

Crash after Covid?
I was SI hydroxocobalamin every other day and just carried on doing this as it seemed to be working out fine, multi vit daily, plus extra Vitamin D3 as D3 levels were low and a small amount of extra
magnesium
. Tested my levels semi regularly ferritin, folate, vit D and thyroid.

Recent osteopenia diagnosis looking for good supplements
Hi recently diagnosed with osteopenia though I have been on long term thyroid medication (levothyroxine).I understand I need to take vit D3 with vit K2 plus
magnesium
which I do alongside a good multi B vitamin but I should also take boron and strontium. I have found this supplement.

I'm wondering low
magnesium
could be a cause. Also since Easter I have had antibiotics, covid, antivirals, vaccine, antifungals, plus my usial azathioprine, Prednisolone and Hydroxycholoquin! perhaps my body has too many chemicals floating around ! Anyone else had a similar problem?

Daily Magnesium intake?
I'm curious to hear about others
Magnesium
daily intake and experience of taking it. It was one of the first pieces of advise somebody anecdotally told me when I was diagnosed with PA B12D nearly three years ago.
