My friend said better to spray and take it trans-dermally but she's talking about
Magnesium
Chloride. Is that any good to take? I've only ever taken the Natural Calm brand...I have to say it does affect my stomach too !

Magnesium for sleep?
Hi, Anyone know if it is safe to take
magnesium
to help with sleep, and if anyone has taken it if they had any good results. I've got 4 stents and take the usual after heart attack cocktail of meds, but sleep is not good at all, any advice appreciated

Magnesium
Could someone explain to me please, why
magnesium
supplementation is recommended? I read somewhere that testing for
magnesium
deficiency is both unreliable and uncommon. So how do we know we need it and if so, how much? Thanks.

What about stiffness
She does get a massage with
magnesium
oil and arnica - arms and legs.
Magnesium
oil stings a lil so never put it on her back. I need advice on what folks do for stiffness , cause muscle relaxants are not advised for everyday / long term use. Regards, -j

Post Gallbladder Removal magnesium warning
Just about the time these problems started, I started taking a
magnesium
supplement to see if it helped me sleep better. Turns out
magnesium
can be a laxative and if I have interpreted the information correctly, increases bile production.

Magnesium time! What does everyone do? So many choices - how to decide?
Magnesium
has been on my to-do list for a while and I think it’s time I get to it.

Magnesium and Lavender
I'd surmise that that may work well for those of you who don't take
Magnesium
, since RLS is known to be linked to
Magnesium
deficiency, which also tends to be common in chronic diseases.

RLS, magnesium, calcium and hard water
However I've found
magnesium
(citrate) gives total relief - if I take enough. (Makes sense as
magnesium
helps muscles relax, in opposition to calcium, which helps them contract). But my condition *is* getting worse.

supplements for a fibs???
Has anyone here used
magnesium
or L arginine for atrial fibrillations? If yes, and you had good results, what were the dosages and how often daily? Thank you.

Blood test results regarding magnesium - thank you everyone for advice
He’s advised me to get some
magnesium
and that mum should take it for a month, or she could take one every other day. He said any
magnesium
supplement can be bought such as
magnesium
sulphate or citrate.

Magnesium…..Are these 2 the same or different ?……..£8.99 vs £1.00
I have tried
Magnesium
which I bought from a Supermarket for £1.00, then a friend recommended
Magnesium
which was from Holland & Barret which I bought for £8.99 (Both are 90 tablets). I’m wondering if both are exactly the same. Please see pictures.

Magnesium, how much and tablet/spray
I have heard that
magnesium
can help. I currently take a Forceval capsule (multivitamin & mineral) which contains 30mg of
magnesium
at lunchtime each day. Is this sufficient?? Right timing?? Would a mg spray be better?? Can they both be used together?? Many thanks

Cramps
I have a
magnesium
spray & douse both legs with it plus taking a
magnesium
tablet per day. Yesterday for the first time it happened while I was out during the day & had to stop walking till it eased. I’m going to call doctors for emergency appointment tomorrow morning. 🤞 Any advice? Thank you
