The only alternatives to Levo would be T3 or NDT.

If you have top of range T4 and T3 on Levo then you have no conversion problem so there doesn't seem to be any need for any thyroid medication with T3 in it.

What are you actual current results, with reference ranges, for thyroid and all the core vitamins?

Dec results on 100 to 125 alternate now on a 100 4 days 125 3days

So your FT4 was slightly over range and FT3 at the top of the range, so conversion is good, and I can understand the slight reduction in your dose.

Folate level is OK but there's no B12.

I'd keep an eye on ferritin level, it's not much of a difference and maybe you'd eaten some iron rich food in the few days before the test.

Vit D is recommended to be 100-150nmol/L so that seems OK too.

As you say you want to try something other than Levo, what are you thinking of?

No I hadnt had any iron rich food at all that's why I was puzzled by it took me ages over a year ago to get it from 49 to 88 yes my conversion is good I just dont feel that good on Levo cant think why not as you have said ranges n vitamins look okay my b12 is good I self inject I'm not sure what else I can try I just know Levo not making me feel right hair loss n weary anyhow feeling mood up n down Thank you for replying I appreciate any help
