Nucala
On Friday I'm due to have my 6th Nucala injection. The first 3 have been amazing. I felt a new person after battling with Eosinophilic Asthma. After my 4th & 5th I have not felt quite so good and now 'doubt' is beginning to creep in. I notice occasional back pain and aching in some joints. My Peak

LCHF / IF for August?
Hi all The title means Low Carbohydrate High Fat / Intermittent fasting. Both are ways of eating that can help people loose weight without the need to count calories or eat less and without the need to go hungry. Both ways of eating can also help to ease several health conditions. IF and LCHF work

How to get help when my results are in range?
I have been taking iron and have managed to get my ferritin levels up to 75 finally (ferritin has always been quite
low
in range). I am struggling with
low
energy and
mood
, weight gain, puffy face/eyes and sluggish metabolism. I monitor my thyroid after having thyroiditis a few years back.

low dose naltrexone
Having Crohn’s disease I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this drug and if it has proven to be effective or not? my diet is pretty limited at moment but I’m hearing that this will inhibit inflammation to allow me to open up my diet more.

Prostap extreme depression-what can help?
I've had 2 months of injections now and I'm really struggling with
low
mood
. Last month it only lasted 2 days but this month it's been 10 days and doesn't seem to be shifting. I don't know if it's worth asking for antidepressants as I know it's hormonal and they take weeks to kick in...

Other results low in range are: WBC 4.8 (4-10) Folate 8 (4-) Ferritin 51 (11-307) Levothyroxine does not seem to be helping my fatigue and

which were thought to be due to hypothyroidism.

A DNA test, a book and a diet - my AFib Eureka moment !
First I wanted to say what a fantastic group this is and just how much it has supported, reassured and lifted me on my Afib journey, it’s been invaluable I’m a 61 year old woman with paroxysmal lone Afib, possibly SVT too. My story in brief is that I was diagnosed 3 years ago after my Fitbit showed
