Has my Sertraline stopped working?

I have been on Sertraline for depression for 2 years. I was put on 100mg and it seemed to help, I began to feel like my old self again. My dose was gradually lowered down to 50mg. But towards the end of last year….things started to unravel. I got married last October and I wasn’t the slightest excited about the prospect. I went on my honeymoon to Galapagos; which has always been a dream of mine.; I felt miserable whilst there. I spoke to Dr 3 weeks ago and he increased my dose upto 100mg again. I am in a very bad place at the moment….everyday is a challenge to get through. I’m just happy when the day has ended. I have family but I don’t want to burden them anymore. I’m not sure what I can do anymore. I am also on hrt patches and have had lots of blood tests done because they thought I had hypothyroidism but all my tests came back in normal range. I’m not sure what has brought on this very low mood….I need some help. But not sure what.
