Can someone translate for me please?
I have just returned from the doctors with some test results from the last blood test I had done. If anyone can decode them for me? That would be ace! Thank you in advance. (I've ordered the three tests Dr Peatfield advised just to double check, they are on their way). 31.10.17 Serum 25-HO vit D3 level

Low Dose Naltrexone anyone (LDL)
This was mentioned to me as a possible help as I’m tapering... I’ve googled it a bit but then thought, hold on a minute 🤔 if anyone knows anything about it for PMR you guys will... from what I can gather though it’s good for pain but sure that’s not going to do anything for inflammation so how can it

Statin doses?
I take 20mg of Rosuvastatin daily and my cholesterol and Hdl are very good. My doctor prescribed 20mg a day but I heard from a friend that its better to take at least 40mg a day as statins keep the vessels pliable and dont just help with cholesterol reduction. I dont like the side effects of statins

Anyone in the UK any experience taking LDN for Hashimotos?
Hi everyone, I'm new here so if this question has been asked and answered apologies! I've been newly diagnosed with Hashimoto's and would rather treat the inflammation caused by the auto-immune disease then just concentrate on Levo for the thyroid damage. I understand that i will probably have to take

Anyone try Dr Burk Berksons protocol for liver disease & have success?
Hello all! Hope everyone is well! So I've been on ursodiol since mid April & had my first blood test since starting. My ggt which was in the 800's went down to 244, my alt went from 75 UP to 100, & my alk phosphate & ast didn't budge. I hate this medication. I actually itch worse on it & I've gained

Regarding HDL
Hi, I just got my whole body checkup done and got some good results. My current hba1c is 5.9 (Detected at 7.8 last year) without any allopathic meds. Cholestrol and all parameters seem good. Only concern is my HDL is low i.e 134 . I dont want to take fish till september. Anything else that can be helpful

Pravastatin vs. Simvastatin
It was a surprise (and disappointment) that the
LDL
continued to increase with a "heart healthy" diet.
