Cabizataxel/carbo not working
Well Mike started his 5th cycle today and his PSA has risen the last 2 blood draws. His ALP and LDH has also risen. Is there anything left? I’m pursuing LU-177 but it’s not easy to figure out logistics when you still have 2 young kids at home. Feeling deflated 😕

Puzzled and very scared.
I have an A1C of 7.8, very good
ldl
/hdl but high triglycerides and high liver enzymes. Now going for battery of bloodwork to find out what is going on and what could be causing this. Rarely ever drink, not even wine. Absolutely no symptoms of anything. Anyone ever hear of this.

Weight gain after medication raise
About 6 months ago my medication was raised from 100mcg to 125mcg and I have gained weight. My diet is pretty good and nothing has changed apart from my weight gain other than that I feel better. My aim is to get optimal and lose weight. I am feeling so frustrated with the lack of help from Gp who says

Criteria for Commencement of Next Line Therapy
Most of the oncologists that I have talked to date consider a PSA of 2 ng/ml as the threshold for classifying a patient as castration resistant and before commencing the next line of therapy. A PSA doubling time of <10 months, elevated LDH and ALP values and metastatic progression are other criteria

Fish oil and cholesterol
However, my HDL is down compared to last year, and both my
LDL
, total cholesterol, and non HDL cholesterol are up. That's worrying. The only dietary change I've made is to include more eggs in my diet (I eat 2-3 eggs daily).

Inflammation, NOT Cholesterol is the Cause of Chronic Disease (including cardiovascular, kidney, cancer and others)

Fiberneualgia
I have found that taking low dose Naltrexone helps the pain of fiberneualgia as well as most auto immune issues. I started with 1/2 mg and slowly increased it to 4mgs. I knew I had to increase it when the pain started to return. I am also on a low carb diet, meaning I have pretty much eliminated sugar

Adrenal cortisol & DHEA results
I recently did another saliva test to see if my cortisol/DHEA is affecting my insomnia. I feel so much better during the day, since starting Low dose Naltrexone (LDN), but would like to fix my chronic insomnia. My cortisol levels seem to have decreased slightly since my last text approx 19 months ago

Xofigo first then Lu177??
Hello fellow Warriors. Just a quick update and then a quick question for all. I'm in the late stages of CRPC, just finished 7 "juicings" of Docetaxel which kept the PSA somewhat level, between 430 and 320, but more importantly it kept my ALT and LDH fairly low. It's been about 5 weeks since my last
