Low dose naltrexone..
Hi everyone.. Went to the doctor yesterday and put me back on prednisone and wants me to try low dose naltrexone.. She said that will replace the prednisone. I was going to take methotrexate.. Is this better? Has anyone had good results with it? Thanks for any help with this...

Done Annual Health Checkup of my mother @59 Years , Here are some finidings , HBA1c - 8.3 HB ( haemoglobin) - 10.2 ( Low ) BUN : 19.09 Creatine : 0.71 BUn/Cr Ration : 26.89

I am 5'6 150 lbs and I exercise but my diet sucks and my cholesterol both

My results came back as normal but I don't feel it. I'm taking 175micrograms daily of thyroxine. Advice on these results please: Plasma lipids Serum cholesterol 5.0 mil/L (<5.0) Serum HDL cholesterol level 1.15mmol/L (>1.00) Serum cholesterol/HDL RATIO 4.3 (<6.0) Serum caeruloplasmin Normal ceruloplasmin

These results were done on 17/5/17: TSH 13.37 (0.27-4.20) Free thyroxine 12.24 (12.00-22.00) His cholesterol was also raised :

3.3 (0.00-3.00); non HDL 5.03 (0.00-3.89). He has been on statins for over a year. Lasttie the GP tested his cholesterol, he was told it was fine.
