Well, of course, I had to google it, to find out what on earth was going on here. www.ldnscience.org/resources/interviews/interview-mark-shukhman This leads you to just one of the many interviews on this strange cure-all. This particular interview is of interest because it addresses ICDs, which may help

My Pre-Diabetes is lessening after 10 years because I am taking Fenugreek seeds daily
Even my
LDL
cholesterol has come down, and so has the Triglycerides and the Total Cholesterol also. Now I have given blood for a number of Thyroid tests as I have been diagnosed with mild Goitre, I am waiting to see what are the results for that.

Anxiety levels
This started when I got my
ldl
cholesterol results back and it was at 100. I received them in my email, so I can't call my doctor until Monday. I am already taking a med for it. I am scared something will happen. I have not told my family about the level and not sure what to do.

Has anyone tried LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone
My Dad has been on Lupron for 17 years for advanced prostate cancer, but it has now metastasized to his lungs. Zytiga made him very sick. Has anyone tried LDN - Low Dose Naltrexone? I know it is being used with success with other cancers.

Pregnenolone and lp(a)
I do suffer from insomnia, irregular menstrual cycles and obviously high cholesterol,
ldl
and lpa. Am thinking if it’s worth trying Pregnenolone at a low dose, see if helps? I have no doubt my 4-5 hours sleep over these last couple of years is having a negative impact on my health...albeit slowly.
