I have been Pre-diabetic from last 10 or more years, without it becoming Diabetes. Recently, one month ago I started in taking 2 glasses of Fenugreek(Methi) crushed seeds fermented in hot water daily, without fail, and in just one month's treatments my FBS and PPBS lessened much, and even my HbA1C also lessened. Even my LDL cholesterol has come down, and so has the Triglycerides and the Total Cholesterol also. Now I have given blood for a number of Thyroid tests as I have been diagnosed with mild Goitre, I am waiting to see what are the results for that.
I advise everyone who are Pre-diabetic only, and whoever are not on any Diabetes medications, to try taking 2 glasses of Fenugreek daily, it should be crushed, and in one to 3 months they will really see a wonderful difference in both FBS and PPBS and HbA1C also (but not Diabetics who are on medications, as Fenugreek will cause them to become hypoglycemic). However, the catch is that once the Pre-diabetics have become completely Non-diabetic after 3 months of daily 2 glasses of Fenugreek intaking, they should not give up drinking it, as again, their blood sugar will increase back into Pre-diabetes again, and then eventually into Diabetes. And they have to compulsorily stick to drinking 2 glasses of Fenugreek daily for the remaining of their lives. It does taste extremely bitter, so one can sweeten it with a little honey, (but not too much honey as honey also contains sugar). Just hold your breath and drink it up, and think you are doing something worthwhile for your body. And I have also noticed every time after I complete drinking one glass of Fenugreek liquid, my body feels really comfortable and good, at least for some time. I have given my blood tests results below for reference of anyone who might be interested in knowing how Fenugreek has affected me.

So as all can see, how much better my results are. I urge every Pre-diabetic who is not on any Diabetes medicines, to try it and see for themselves the improved results they can get. But Diabetics on medicines should not try this method, as it can cause them to become Hypoglycemic. Also, one should completely cut out sugar and all sweet items from their diet, and also junk food, oily and fried food and non vegetarian foods should also be limited. And I am also eating daily 1 tsp of Extra Virgin, Organic and Cold pressed Coconut oil along with my meals. The Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil has Lauric acid in it which is supposed to be very helpful for both Diabetics and also for Hypothyroidism patients.
And I am not on any Diabetic medications for managing my Pre-diabetes, so I can safely take Fenugreek seeds daily.
