Coffee can cause intestinal rumbling, even decaf. It is possible you have IBS, but this generally has to be confirmed by a doctor. If you do have IBS too many vegetables can cause issues.
I understand another thing if i drink a cup of coffee on an empty stomach in the morning that would hit me hard but after food it’s different Thanks 4 the reply
All the veggies are probably causing the gas-
Try digestive enzymes with each meal, they help a lot with that and bloating
For acne and anger/depression might be worth getting hormones checked including thyroid. It sounds like an imbalance that might be resolved easily with supplemental care. Guns sound like gingivitis or some food you’re consuming is causing a reaction. Joint pain could be from
Many things but hormone blancencould give resolution to that at well. You’re very young! Don’t give it till you get it figured out! If one doc doesn’t help gonto the next one and gain till you find someone.
High cholesterol would not likely cause your symptoms.
But if you read the symptoms of celiac disease he has got an awful lot of them that’s all I ment or it could be an allergic reaction to anything he is eating a lot of 😩
Hi If you have IBS that amount of vegetables is taboo.Have you checked for a soya intolerance.Maybe you could try the fodmap diet .this can be found on the internet.I hope you soon find some useful help as these symptoms are certainly not easy to live with.
You’re not alone, I get similar symptoms I always have a coffee in the morning but after drinking anything, even water, my stomach makes the most crazy sounds! The mood swings are always worse when I feel really awful, especially if I can’t keep away from the loo. Maybe keep a diary of what you’re eating and the exercise you do with the symptoms you get in the day and see if there’s any definate pattern? Then you’d know what to avoid. I usually keep to the same sort of food and just drink water and my 1 coffee a day, otherwise I really suffer. Have you had any investigations? (colonoscopy, endoscopy, blood tests, xray?) Hope your symptoms get better! x
Too healthy a diet perhaps. No honestly, I am on a low fibre diet and have found it is helping my IBS symptoms. Try cutting out some of the vegetables which should help with the gas and bloating. There could also be a problem with the flora and fauna in your gut. Shame you don't have dairy products as you could find live yogurt useful. Probiotic tablets might help, though compared to live yogurt, they are expensive.
Can you tell me like what to eat specifically i mean i know i need vegetables for fiber and that’s vital 4 bowel movements but I cut down the vegetables with low fiber diet i will end up constipated i”m so confused :/
That was what I thought when I was on the very low fibre (residue) diet before I had the colonoscopy, especially as I was eating eggs like there was no tomorrow.
White pasta was also recommended, which I did eat during those five days, haven't touched it since. White rice too, but apart from pudding rice, it is something I can live without. Mashed potatoes figured large in the low residue diet too.
I found the following websites to be very helpful gwh.nhs.uk/media/140811/low... I don't think I could have followed this diet for more than a week.
The following is a low fibre diet, which isn't quite as strict as the low residue diet, in that is includes some fruit guysandstthomas.nhs.uk/reso... Both are pdf files by the way, and from hospitals here in the UK.
Drink plenty of fluids, especially water, that is essential.
I have found I have been able to add extras to my diet over the last few weeks, New potatoes with their skins on, petit pois peas, malted bread, and today I tried a few cherries, six to be exact. While on holiday I had a sandwich that used oatmeal bread, within the hour I was in agony. So obviously oatmeal is a no no for me.
Of course everybody is different. What suits me may have the opposite effect on you. It is a case of trial and error. One thing these diets do agree on, is to try and keep clear of caffeine.
