Carbs, again
Well, now it looks like I'm going to have to give up my last carb refuge- potato chips. I'm pretty sure that's what was different and drove me nuts with RLS last night. The low carb crowd eats pork skins/rinds. Definitely different and they need a little help with some cream cheese or something, but

Rethinking Keto
I’ve been pursuing a less restrictive Keto diet for a year, but now I’m taking a look at vegetarian or vegan. As have many of you, I’ve read a lot of studies and watched a lot of interviews with doctors and nutritionist about the keto diet and have felt they make a good case. Lately, I’ve done the

Is Hashimoto's possible without weight gain?
Having recently been diagnosed with autoimmune disorder/Hashimoto's, I have done a little reading and was curious as to whether it's possible to actually have Hashimoto's but with the total opposite of the weight gain symptom? I tick a lot of the boxes, but weight gain seems a very, very common - almost

Worsening breathing problems due to B12 deficiency?
Hi guys, I've been having a number of symptoms for the past 4-6 months which have increasingly become worse. Most notably, I've had gastritis-like symptoms, including bloating, wind, stomach discomfort and reflux, which often comes with a sort of 'lump in the throat'/tightness in my throat that comes

High B12/Folate, Twitching, Tingling, Tinnitus
Hi all, Recently had bloods done as I have symptoms that suggest B12 deficiency (the frequent, random, all-over muscle twitching is particularly annoying/worrisome). B12: 924 pg/mL Folate: 21.1 ng/mL I had 4 once-weekly B12 + B-complex injections back in June, and the twitching started around then

9 Healthy Nuts That Are Low in Carbs
Nuts are known for being high in healthy fats and plant-based protein while being low in carbs. Therefore, most nuts can fit into a low-carb eating plan, though certain kinds are particularly low in carbs. For those following stricter low-carb diets like the ketogenic diet, sticking to lower-carb nuts

A little advice
Hi ladies and Gents. as well as doing Couch to 5k, I have started LCHF way of eating, would you say ill be ok doing both? I want to lose weight which I can feel coming off in inches but not the scales but I just wondered if it would be healthy to do both, should I just go with it and see how I feel?
