I am happy to post my Blood glucose numbers and blood insulin levels:

Fasting blood glucose 110 mg/dL

Fasting Blood insulin 6 miu/L

2 hours PP blood glucose 84 mg/dL

2 hours PP blood insulin 11 miu/L

This is the first time that I got my PP below 100.

I am concerned about my PP being very low though I took 40 almonds and 100 gm full cream yogurt and100 gm guava. I took 850mg metformin before breakfast.

I am trying to follow a strict LCHF since last one month. But i still take 60 gms -70 GM's carbs per day.
