Hi I’ve just had a blood test due to feeling tired and foggy of late. I’m a bit confused about my results. I had an increase from 100 to 125 Levo in October due to returning hypo symptoms and what the Dr termed a ‘borderline’ blood result. I was feeling much better until now. My TSH is obviously very

Low Carb to greatly reduce Reflux+Some IBS+SIBO symptoms
Like a woman gone mad I have been non-stop researching and documenting my symptoms the past few days because I am determined to find the causes and treat them in order to vanish my symptoms. I have come across a great article about treating Reflux, SIBO and some gas-associated IBS symptoms. Turns out

Positive antibodies but still won’t diagnose.
Hi all, Just needs some advice/opinions/support - my tsh has always been ‘normal’ ranging between 1.62-3.43 but when I had a blood pressure monitor I could finally show them that my resting heart rate is abnormal at 46, sometimes as low as 38. I pointed this out to the doctor and she ordered the antibodies

1 step forward.......2 steps back :-(
So recently I was delighted to post on here, that after months of suffering migraine and daily headache, I had a spell of 2 weeks with no head pain at all. I'm on Amitriptyline (30mg) and taking magnesium supplements, I have adapted to a gluten free diet, all these things helped, but it was when

How to Age Well
How to Age Well By Tara Parker-Pope @nytimeswell Save for Later Getting older is inevitable (and certainly better than the alternative). While you can’t control your age, you can slow the decline of aging with smart choices along the way. From the foods you eat and how you exercise to your friendships

Osteoporosis and Coeliac Disease
Has anyone been diagnosed with osteoporosis after their coeliac diagnosis? I have just had a bone scan and the result has shocked me. I have been told that I have significant bone thinning. I was expecting to have some as I was 59 when I discovered I had coeliac. I have always been very active - walking
