Useful write by an unknown lady saved in my system long back and forgotten by me!
The only way we can do this is to minimize carbohydrates and include a lot of saturated fat in our
diet
. This
diet
is called Low Carbohydrate High Fat or
LCHF
diet
. You can quickly say good bye to diabetes if you also combine intermittent fasting with this diet.

I'm considering both Keto / LCHF and Intermittent Fasting (IF) so I am checking out and posting on relating forums for advice and guidance

Celiac or not
Hi folks, wonder if anyone can explain my concerns. I was diagnosed with celiac in 2020 through a blood test, the endoscopy showed normal upper tract. I had another blood test in August this year, when I was the nurse for my b12 injection I asked her about the results, and she kindly printed them off

IBS C Treatment?
Hi there! What are the treatments for IBS C? Has anyone found anything that works? I have had issues ever since I had my appendix removed and had anorexia. When trying to eat again and better I developed a problem where I just can't go properly anymore. I almost never get an urge to go unless I "stimulate

Looking for UK endocrinologist
Hello, I've recently been found to have antibodies for Coeliac disease after an over 5 year search for a diagnosis for my brain fog, joint pain, hair loss etc. While hopeful that continuing a gluten free diet will bring me relief, a lot of my symptoms resemble hypothyroidism, which is common in people

Discussion: Vascular Calcification / bone disorder in CKD
Mortality in CKD is dominated by the cardiovascular domain. We will more likely die of a cardio related issue than anything else. We are the highest risk group of all groups for cardio related death. Is sugar bad?
I’ve been trying to follow a gluten free diet to see if it helps my Hashimoto’s symptoms. Last night I ate something with a high sugar content and woke up feeling awful😭 puffy, red eyes, terrible brain fog, exhaustion. Now I’m wondering if sugar could be the culprit. Anyone else experienced this?

White Meat
I am trying to sort out the benefit (or, detriment) of white meat in regard to liver health. There are many advocates of a plant based diet who will say that all meats (red, white, fish) are detrimental in some form. Albutrix made me feel more ill every day I took it.
Albutrix made me feel more ill every day I took it. At 17 days I really felt like I was dying, so I quit it and improved after a couple of day. About 5 days later I tried it again at two tablets a day, two days in a row, and again became very ill. About a week after that I learned that while taking Albutrix

What do you think of my diet?
Hello everyone, My name is Michael and I am a food lover! In recent months I have changed my diet and eat pescetarian. I have made a small compilation of what to look for when eating. I can gladly explain these top issues even further. What do you think about it? Is there anything missing, or do you

"feeling fat over 40?"
Interesting article in Times 2 today (I only have hard copy; the soft copy is behind a paywall, sadly) with the above headline. US doctor Sara Gottfried is suggesting that for many of us women, the issue may be low testosterone. She argues that "traditional" dieting often doesn't work for women in the

Fasting cholesterol blood test
Does anyone know if the fasting cholesterol blood test a spot check on what you’ve eaten the night before? Just asking because I’m sticking to a very low fat diet but my results were not as good as expected. Unfortunately, my last meal before my test was not as low in fat as normal.

Hashimoto's and not feeling better
Hi there! I'm wondering if it is possible to just never feel better (lethargic, mentally slow, unable to concentrate/difficulty reading, fatigued, short of breath, etc) when having hashimoto's? Like do some people just feel bad for their entire life despite doing all the right things? I know other people

Making Good Choices can Pay Off.
I've just received my latest battery of routine blood test results...all 18 of them!!.... and was very happy to see that every single result was within normal parameters and with 'no further action required' for any of them. This felt like a huge achievement, particularly as I'd recently stopped taking
