Pd home changing to cycler severe edema.
I am currently on pd home dialysis. I felt as if it had stopped working and my Dr recently confirmed this. I have severe lower calf edema. It’s red spotty, itchy and dry and very tight. I am starting the cycler on Monday. Has anyone else had manual exchanges stop giving them proper fluid removal?

Feet pain post kidney transplant
I am 2 months post transplant and I’m feeling good. I love to cook so I had my donor over for lunch and I cooked a bunch of food for her. I was standing for a few hours. I had such bad feet pain that afternoon/evening. It felt like it was radiating into my toes. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Bladder pain
I had bladder pain and frequency and went to a specialist as my GP did not want to prescribe more antibiotics and the labtest showed no infection. (I had had some a month or so before). In less than 10 minutes the specialist decided I had a persistent infection but also thought an alternative to antibiotics

My story. I had CKD 3 then Kidney failure went on dialysis over 5 years then a friend donated his kidney and I received a transplant 2020.
Long story I got sick and it was going into
kidney
failure
. My doctor managed to help me maintain Ckd 3 for 15 years. I wore and indwelling foley that kept some of reflux down. I went into
kidney
failure
and started dialysis for over 5 years. I received a transplant from a friend in 2020.

What else is available?
I have done Carbo/Taxol, Avastin, Carbo/Caelyx, Rubrac a and now Anastrazole. I have a scan coming up, but lately can feel the cancer spreading and am resorting to pain killers. Can anyone who has had this many lines of chemo tell me what else was available for them to try, and also how successful it

Possible adrenal gland removal
I am having Robotic Laparoscopic Nephrectomy on Monday. A mass was found on my left kidney and they will be removing the entire kidney. It’s been mentioned that surrounding tissues will also be removed and it leaves me concerned about the adrenal gland. I have messaged my surgeon questioning whether

PSADT is 6 months
My PSA increased from 0.19 to 0.3 in just 6 weeks. My MO is scheduling a PSMA pet to see if the cancer is localized or metastatic. I will most likely start ADT or ADT+. Recommendation are welcomed.
