Hello... My Husband is kidney transplant patient for 2 years. He has some acnes (maybe it because of methyl) and leave scars on his face. I'm thinking to go to Dermatologist for Microneedle. Is anyone experience the same treatment?.

Yes! I did a series of 3 Microneedling treatments over 3 months. It was great! I did mine for sun spots and collagen production. I noticed a huge difference. My friend with acne scars did 6 treatments. She said it really helped lessen her scars and skin tone. I did this pre-transplant.I would make sure he contacts his transplant team prior to doing this. They may put him on a low dose of antibiotics or do more labs to double check for infection.

I also would only do this at a Dermatologist office, not a Medi-spa location.

Good luck!
