Does anyone else get a hollow feeling in their chest? I mostly get this at night when I'm trying to sleep, or I wake in the night with it. Its like theres nothing there and my chest feels light and airy - its a very odd feeling! Is this anxiety or something else? This is a new "symptom" for me. My Dr

How Bad Have Your Symptoms Been With B12 Deficiency?
Hi all. Not looking for a scientific discussion, just out of interest really - how bad have you suffered with B12 deficiency and what sort of symptoms did you experience? I started yesterday and upto now stomach feels better . Before this I would take one and feel it sitting there like an acid drop. Anyone else had this experience

Dumped my GP today
This is a longish story but an educational one. Last year my GP I had been seeing for 20 years retired and his practice was bought by another doctor. I have seen her a few times and thought she was not very good but as I usually only go there for minor things I haven't been that fussed. And then I got

Turmeric
Does anyone know if it's ok to have turmeric and black pepper mix whilst taking Methotrexate, Prednisone, Asprin, Statins and Omeprazole? As Tumeric is known to reduce Inflammation. Thank you.

Severe Acid Reflux Support/Advice
Hi there, new here - I've been having severe acid reflux issues since last August which have taken a big toll on my daily life. I spend most of the average day loudly belching - often to the point where the gas balloons up at the base of my throat and makes me cough - and experiencing stomach gargling

Ice packs seemed to help for a time. I tried medication. Amytriptyline.. But I was getting arrhythmias and decided
