Does anyone know if it's ok to have turmeric and black pepper mix whilst taking Methotrexate, Prednisone, Asprin, Statins and Omeprazole? As Tumeric is known to reduce Inflammation. Thank you.

My mother who has GPA add tumeric and chia seed into her daily meals. So far no side effects.

Turmeric is one of the best things I discovered a wonder spice 😀

You can also make golden paste turmeric black pepper and coconut oil very good for pain relief ! My latest discovery is broccoli sprout supplement wow these are a game changer worth doing research on both turmeric and broccoli sprouts !

Kind regards Diane
