Reflexology
I got reflexology posters - hand reflexology and foot reflexology but does anyone know any other methods of improving health. Tips of finger or toe stimulates brain! Massage I suppose is good. There is sound and laser (acceptable wavelength / strength) to improve brain. Oils are supposed to be good

Day 24: learning and not learning.
Have decided to be brutally honest with myself today and come to terms with how much I've been struggling with keeping up with being
healthy
and
eating
well. I've had to face myself and the lies I've been telling myself about the rubbish I've been eating and convincing myself I've not.

Slow Progress and a Thread Idea
I'm making seriously slow progress with getting back on track with
healthy
eating
and losing weight. I feel really conscious of my thoughts around diet and body image at the moment and keep catching myself beating myself up about how bad my diet is.

After a couple of weeks post EBRT most annoying side effects cleared up, and was doing pretty good. Started to wein off the silodosin, and kept taking 10mg Cialis almost daily. Just before Christmas I started to notice a slight burning throughout urination. I had a urine culture done, which came up

How did you cope? I'm dreading pregnancy test day of the result being a BFN
Whilst I'm remaining positive, realistic,
eating
healthy
etc. I'm just dreading that the day comes and the test says a BFN. I know this is only my first round and I've read such incredible brave stories where people have completed numerous rounds of IVF that are unsuccessful.

Calorie tracking
Hi, does anyone have any advice on how to safely count calories. I tracked for months before Christmas and became obsessive over what I ate, with some symptoms of anorexia. Now I have gained weight but I want to start counting calories again in a safe way.

💙My💙Weight 💙Gain💙
💙Okay, so this has been a long time coming. I’m writing this for me but also for you, whoever is reading this. As you could probably read in my bio, when I was 13 I was diagnosed with an eating disorder. What many people don’t know about eating disorders is that it is not just disordered eating but

CLL and Hearing loss
I am 65 yo male. W&W. First diagnosed in Jan 2019. My hearing loss has accelerated in the past year and I don't think it's just because I'm getting older. I've done two hearing tests in the past 6 months. The most recent suggested a "catastrophic" loss of hearing in my right ear for no apparent reason

First week: pleased with progress
I have been calorie counting for the week with an awareness of reducing carbs and
eating
enough
healthy
fats, butter or olive oil. My intake has been around 1300 calories and I have lost 4 pounds. I know from experience that weight loss in the first week is greater than at other times.

Fitness Addiction
I posted a while ago about a condition called orthorexia, which is an unhealthy obsession with diet & exercise. Fall Back - Binge Eating Relapse
So I had a bit of a fall back last night. I had a long day at work and my partner was in a really bad mood I couldn't do anything to help him and I just felt like crap and I ended up just having a bit of a flop of an evening. I had a massive dinner with loads of cheese, no veg or anything and then I

Can strong cleaning chemicals hinder success rates?
My embryo transfer happened last Tuesday 18th Feb and during that time, I'm trying to keep my mind busy whilst remaining
healthy
and positive. Im
eating
well, having accupuncture, partaking in light yoga and having lots of social time with friends and family.

Post Vasectomy Pain, what physically needs to happen in the body for it to subside?
I've been diagnosed with post vasectomy pain syndrome 6 months on from my vasectomy surgery. The consultant believes that my Vas Deferens is swollen and under pressure as the sperm being produced now have nowhere to go and do not get absorbed into the body quick enough, causing back pressure and hence
