Hello. I have been calorie counting for the week with an awareness of reducing carbs and eating enough healthy fats, butter or olive oil. My intake has been around 1300 calories and I have lost 4 pounds. I know from experience that weight loss in the first week is greater than at other times. My goal is to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.
