Weight Gain
I just weighed myself today and in 6 weeks I’ve gained 18 pounds. I’m definitely not happy about that but having an eating disorder the current lockdown has exacerbated it. The gym is closed, no motivation to do anything. The more weight I gain the lower my self esteem gets. If the lockdown were to end

Can I still lower GGT?
I already started
eating
healthy
and exercising. I have lived a sedentary lifestyle my whole life. I have a 3 year old and I don’t want her to grow up without a mother. :((( all this to say, is 171 extremely high and suggest extensive liver damage?

Healthy movement
Healthy
eating
is nothing without
healthy
movement. With that in mind, I feel the need to burn off some excess energy whilst stuck inside due to covid 19, and I know I won't be alone!

Minoxidil 5% ED, Dizziness, Headache, Testicle pain
Hi, I am 24 yo, no medical conditions and had been using Minoxidil 5% for 1.5months(50 ml used in total), after this period I suddently started to have headaches, dizziness, zero libido and ED. I stopped using after the first symptoms and now is the second week without minox, but it is still pretty bad

Still not managing 5k
I've also dramatically changed my
eating
habits and now eat
healthy
meals and cut out all the crap. What am I doing wrong, surely I should have lost some weight or changed body shape by now?!

Since the fall and the lock down I've been struggling to focus on my
healthy
eating
plan, I'm eating rubbish ...chocolate crisps and baking naughty foods! Am I the only one here who's losing momentum?

Diagnosis pathways and timescales - uk
I have relatives (grandparents generation) diagnosed with diabetes and two born with it, so I know what goes into managing diet / exercise hence why we're
eating
healthy
and low processed foods - which yes everyone should but it's not easy.

Am I struggling with a disorder?
About a year ago a situation started between myself and another person and over the year arguments or disagreements would make me not want to eat, so I just wouldn’t. When I’m with them I’m happy, and can eat as much as possible. But now a year later, If I’m on my own, I just can’t eat, it makes me feel

How do you know if your fatty liver is healing?
I am a bit over weight and have been
eating
healthy
. I do have episodes of depression thinking have I ruined my life by drinking and the next day I'll fine. Doctors had put me on anti deppressents and they worked well.

Anyone more tech minded than me
Sorry for the strange title, I'm also on the HU
healthy
eating
forum, and a contributor has posted a link to information for UK people receiving disability benefits, and it might be worth posting the link here, which is something that I don't know how to do that, but it might be worth having it on this

Losing weight after (and during) Prednisolone
I thought you might be interested in looking at an organisation that helps establish
healthy
ways of
eating
and of losing weight.
