Healthy eating is nothing without healthy movement. With that in mind, I feel the need to burn off some excess energy whilst stuck inside due to covid 19, and I know I won't be alone!
So either tell me the songs that you can't sit still to, or give me some of your favourite YouTube/online workout videos.

Hello Coops, so you're getting the blues self isolating. I love music and have music playing most of the time that I'm at home and it so depends on your taste and what music you have access to and if you stream music that gives you a fantastic resource.
I'm not very good at sitting still for long as I like being active and while I read this I was tapping my feet listening to the Secret sisters they're harmony singers, I'm listening to Hurray for the Riff Riff now as I love her voice.
I have an old 1940's radiogram which I've up-cycled by swapping the original speaker for a down firing bass sub woofer and you can't keep still with that pumping away. 🙃
It sounds like you can relate to Talking Head psycho killers...with David Byrne singing I'm tense and nervous and my heads on fire...
I don't do on line workouts so hope that you get some more sensible replies. 😀
Having yet to be "curfew-ed" I leave my house at MIDNIGHT to ABBA's "Gimme Gimme Gimme" playing on the iPod for a typical overnight 100 mile bicycle ride. Tuesday night took me from a star studded sky to the moon rising followed by the sun rising for a totaling 121 miles. One is never "sitting still" while pedaling away the passing hours in the darkness of night so there really is not a moment of boredom and I only hope that we are not ordered to remain indoors at night. If so the tunes will simply be played while exercising at home.
Healthy movement is not always about jumping around. So when you have finished your vigourous exercises you could try this guided mindfulness exercise using Yoga stretches. youtube.com/watch?v=2ZflriD...
That's true! I think it's the effect of going from 10,000 steps a day to 2,000 steps a day overnight. I have a lot of pent up energy to get out my system. Some mindful movement will help bring me back down again
My pilates classes have been cancelled, but I subscribe to an online class as well so I’ll do that instead, just that in my living room the dog thinks I’m behaving very strangely! The council pools are still open and they say pools are safe because the chlorine will kill the virus but it’s not the pool that concerns me it’s the showers, lockers and changing rooms which are a bit grotty at best.
I always thought pools were worse for viruses, because the temperature is a perfect nurturing zone. Ok, the water is safe, but there are still ways and means!
