Oft weighted myself im clinically obese. Need need need to start eating healthy. Before the lockdown was told I could start the gym but all this has happened. Thinking about starting joe wicks but keep putting it off. Hopefully il have the guts to do it later x

Cereal banana ss milk
Lunch tuna on wholemeal thins or salad
Tea steak, cabbage 🥬 and potatoes 🥔
Need to get back into my garden flamin weeds x

Well this is day 4. Kept up my bargain. Joes wicks everyday since Monday. Have been in the garden and my eating has been good. Counting my calories on fitness pal. So fingers crossed.
Breakfast- shreddies with banana
Lunch- Homemade soup
Dinner. Sausage and bean casserole with brocholli
Stack. Fruit and yogurt
I have been forcing myself to go out for a walk going to try and do my 10,000 steps a day
Dont feel so tired and my sleeping patterns been ok.
I have joe wicks at 9, and baking class at 10 best getting moving on.
