Sorry for the strange title, I'm also on the HU healthy eating forum, and a contributor has posted a link to information for UK people receiving disability benefits, and it might be worth posting the link here, which is something that I don't know how to do that, but it might be worth having it on this forum, hope this makes sense x

I've just been to have a look for you and it looks as if you mean the link in the post by Zoonie. I didn't want to steal your thunder by copying the link myself, but although it's quite simple to do, it's quite complicated to explain, if you understand what I mean.
