Tested low oxalate diet - No effect on my RLS - Tired of hearing about dietary "cause" of RLS
If it was, everybody who tried low oxalate
diet
or
gluten
free
or dairy free or FODMAP, or paleo, or keto, or whatever, would have eliminated his or her RLS. It’s misguiding to say so and it’s very frustrating to read this kind of statement when you tried every possible diet to no avail.

PET/CT scan and horrific increase in PMR pain
I had PET/CT for reasons other than PMR on Friday. SAT, Sun, Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs so far following this PMR is awful. Screaming muscles...stiffness shoulders, neck, outer upper arms, hips (much of this also in middle of night). PMR started 2 weeks after 2nd Moderna (end of Feb 2021). Diagnosed

Diet Supplements
Once again unable to sleep. Thinking about my diet. I’m having some stomach and digestive investigations. My stomach is now so distended and solid with it. It looks like I have someone else’s abdomen and my own skinny arms and legs. It’s hurting my back. I am determined to boost my health this year by

A Win and A Question
Based on advice here I have moved to a
gluten
free
diet
and will also pursue vitamin/mineral testing that has been suggested - is there anything else I should do? Thanks in advance for your support and suggestions. You are all very helpful and I am very appreciative!

Best way to trial reintroducing gluten?
I eat healthy
diet
and have been completely
gluten
free
(not even oats) for over a year and this is the third time I've been
gluten
free
for a considerable time. I'm not convinced the
gluten
free
diet
is helping - is there a way to tell in terms of blood test results?

Snowy Run - and a question about light headedness
Was due to do my usual 30-35 min consolidation run yesterday but the gremlins got the better of me and I ended up settling for my YWA session as my daily exercise instead. I decided that I'd go out tomorrow (today) for my run. There was more faffage this morning then a strange thing happened, I noticed

Blood sugars and thyroid
Hi All, Just wondering if anyone has had experience of trying low GI
diet
for hashimotos/hypothyroid. I am
gluten
free
for over. What now and dairy free for 9 months and attribute this to an improvement in my bloods and symptoms- antibodies reduced sufficiently from 800 to 100.

Cholesterol problems - high protein, good fat diet recommendations
I found the high protein diet helped with my memory fog - initially but that seems to have worn off unfortunately - and the low carb helps with my
gluten
free
diet
. I heard someone mention a high protein, good fats diet and I wondered where I could find more details?

New blood test results. 11 month on NDT
But I been feeling that the changes and improvements have stopped… Because I was feeling better, I started to focus on my gut issues that were really bad, and started working with a nutritionist, fighting a bacteria they found me and changing

Today's Lunch: 12-25-2021: Cheese Omelet 🍳 🧀
For lunch today, I had an
omelet that was made with liquid eggs, Munster cheese, Swiss cheese and Cheddar cheese. I also had a small glass of Vegan Eggnog and a Greek yogurt (Key Lime Blended) on the side.
The entire meal was really good and also was low carb. high protein.

I know from here that multi vitamins are generally no good I wondered what the experts think to these Alive woman’s energy vitamins please?
