Response to vegetarian help
I was on the
FODMAP
diet but finished a couple of years back, because my health is now so bad and all my tests have come back negative I have asked my dietitian if she can help me to add as many ingredients to my diet as is possible for my health sake.

Review article: the aetiology, diagnosis, mechanisms and clinical evidence for food intolerance
A low
FODMAP
diet is effective, however, it affects the gastrointestinal microbiota and
FODMAP
reintroduction to tolerance is part of the management strategy.

Seeing a new Gastrologist
(And not the dreaded
Fodmap
diet ) which may work for a few people but not for me. Like he told me Syndrome can be a multitude of sins, and he intended in getting to what it was with me. So yes the travelling was well worth while and I really do think I've reached the top of the tree at last.

IBS is so unfair!!
I started on the
FODMAP
diet a couple of months ago but had problems because so much gluten-free stuff has egg whites in it, which I have an intolerance to. So it's back to the drawing board... Anyway, thanks for listening

I miss my raw veg so so much, as 5 weeks ago I started my self-implementation of the
FODMAP
diet. And yet 5 weeks in and I have still not had my symptoms subside.

My Wife (who has IBS) and I Are Creating a FODMAP Friendly Food Company
The problem, as many of you have probably noticed by now, is that it can be very hard finding food products that are
FODMAP
Friendly. We don't have time to cook absolutely everything from scratch!
