Is there light at the end of the tunnel? I DO believe there is.
I am going to go to my doctor to try the
fodmap
diet and will hopefully see some improvements as there are many foods which i did not realize may be making my condition even worse such as broccoli and onions which I eat very regularly.

Fodmap diet
I went to see a Dietician today and she was very happy with my diet and didn't see why I have been suffering but want to put me on the
Fodmap
diet but her colleague will need to be trained first - bring it on! I will let everyone know how I get on.

Has anyone had any experience with the Low FODMAP diet for IBS and increasing Migraine symptoms?
I started the low
FODMAP
diet 7 days ago-which basically means I've cut out wheat, lactose and onion garlic and most green veg. I've had some blood taken today to see if anything shows up. Anyone any experience with this?

What is FODMAP Diet???
Keep reading about it and would like a wee bit more info. All the stuff I have found on line is quite confusing.

Still feeling rough despite a strict gluten free diet?
It covers the
FODMAP
diet, sugars, IBS response time to healing and other great insights. I hope that sharing it helps you feel better and can lead to some useful discussions when you next have your Coeliac check up. Let me know if it mirrors your experience.

Is anyone else out there low-FODMAPing?
I started following low-
FODMAP
pre-Christmas and have noticed a MASSIVE difference. Most days I don't even think about my stomach anymore! :) Anyone else out there doing it who can share their experiences?

FODMAP update
I think for anyone who has unresolved 'gluten' feelings the Low
FODMAP
diet is worth a week of your time.
