Lower Dose of Multaq?

Does anyone deviate from the standard dose of 400 mg twice a day? Half a pill and/or once a day?

Does it lower your energy level?

I was just prescribed it. From what I've been reading it scares me. I stay pretty active: work out at a gym five mornings a week etc. I'm not willing to lose my fitness level.

I was recently prescribed this medication but, have chosen not to proceed with it. When I was talking to a chemist they strongly advised against cutting these tablets in half, as apparently some medicines can become toxic when split. I never heard this before, but a good idea for you to check with a professional before proceeding. Best of luck.
