TRANSITIONING LEVOTHYROXINE TO NDT
In 2010 I was a Les mills
fitness
instructor teaching 6 classes a week and doing 6 further classes for myself as well as lifting weights. That’s where I was in 2010. In 2014 my TSH was 4.0 range 0.4-4.0. My nails had all fallen out and I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome.

pill in pocket for PAF - is it ok?
My
fitness
and energy levels have been in decline for about three months. I’ve been recommended to take 100g Flecainide when the episodes occur but I am a bit concerned about this: because the episode are almost daily; I’m already on a lot of Flecainide and worry about side effects.

good news about exercise and nerve degeneration
In a cross-sectional study, aerobic
fitness
was strongly correlated with standard assessments of cognition and walking ability in MS patients with thalamic atrophy, but not in peers without thalamic atrophy.

I'm really into health and
Fitness
, which is really frustrating as my IBS triggers are fruit and vegetables, making it difficult to be as healthy as i would like. I'm also Gluten and Dairy intolerant.

MDD with Anxiety Disorder and PTSD
It was a year recovery, had to learn to walk again, but it was complete, and not a problem until the pain started down my leg so intensely I could not do the yearly military
fitness
test. Went in for day surgery. Scar tissue moved in and encapsulated the nerves. And that was that.

Just getting started…
I’ve been very sedentary for a while so as you can imagine my
fitness
is quite poor but the biggest challenge for me is my even poorer mental health. Exercise is difficult for me as it triggers feelings of panic, which isn’t helpful at all when you’re trying to get fit. Anyone else had/have this?

Why do I have heart palpitations with these thyroid results?
, so I had to go easier with my exercise (as a very avid
fitness
person, very hard to not do it!) Been in 75 mcg for about 7 weeks now and TSH went down from 6.6 to 4.9. Tried adding T3, just 5mcg of compounded T3, and that resulted in racey mind, heart and heart rate.

Making Progress
My
fitness
is returning and I am now back at the gym doing what I can. I know I'm not there yet and it may take some time to get there but actually I've come a long way.

Pilates Standing Weights Workout
And by the 20th minute I had a sheen of sweat on my face, but it might have just been due to my lack of
fitness
. So I can really recommend: MVMT with Cailin (21 min) Standing workouts with Weights (Beginner and Intermediate Level) https://youtu.be/JsL7qLYFtsw

Every new week I've thought I couldn't complete the runs but it's true you do build up
fitness
as the weeks progress. Just got to keep it up now. Good luck to everyone on their journey!xxx

Early 50s male, healthy till hypothyroidism my first few months experience of treatment
I tried walking more, cycling and swimming, but with low motivation and no
fitness
gain. And yet I have active mates the same age or could see people aged 70 in a better mood and with more get up and go than I was showing.

Return to 5k!
I’ve lapsed several times, due to having Covid twice, moving, etc; and generally losing the will to persevere but was determined not to let the
fitness
I had achieved be lost. It takes me about 34 mins to run 5k although the time doesn’t concern me .
