Anyone tried Ryeqo?
Hello all, Im new here too… advised by my GP to try a forum for ideas and support for my Adenomyosis. I’m currently awaiting a hysterectomy. I was put on Ryeqo last September by my gynae consultant, who advised it was a last chance saloon & “miracle drug” that would solve all my problems! But it’s done

Hi ladies,I was prescribed this drug last week and was looking for some reviews/experiences from those of you who have taken this medication. I know we all react differently to medications, but I am quite nervous to start it with it only being new to the market for endo/fibroids, wanting to do some

Managing OHSS risk
I'm on my first IVF cycle and due for egg collection on Monday. We always knew I was high risk for OHSS as I have PCOS, and had an AMH of 205 initially, (which has reduced to 45 on Metformin), so were always planning to freeze the eggs from this cycle. My estrogen at day 5 of stims was around 3500 and

5 days post 5 day fresh embryo transfer
Hi all I am not getting many symptoms.. the odd cramp in the stomach. I have today woken up with a numb left buttock and some dull aches in the lower back. Is this normal. Is this a good sign? I am trying to hold out hope that it's positive signs as the embryo transferred was an ungraded early blastocyst

period like bleeding after fresh embryo transfer
Hi everyone, I had my first transfer on Saturday. I started spotting Tuesday evening and then fully bleeding Wednesday and it’s still going now. Is anyone in the same situation where they’ve started bleeding 4 days after transfer? I know it’s probably not good news. I’ll continue with the progesterone

menopause/Desogestrel
ok, this feels like - probably is - a stupid question but… one of the options I have been given for diagnosed deep endo is Desogestrel to hopefully stop monthly heavy periods. I am wary firstly because the pill has not treated me well in the past, but also as a woman well into perimenopause - how would

Colonoscopy v Colonography
Has anyone else been told they have a loopy bowel and it is not advisable to have a colonoscopy anymore. They recommended ct colonography, but i am worried about the amount of radiation this needs. Apparently 2yrs normal exposure in one go. Anyone else had this predicament?

Tibolone HRT offered for pain relief of Pudendal Nueralgia alongside 3 injections of Zoladex into the abdominal wall?
Hi everyone, I had a gynecologist offer me Tibolone HRT tablets alongside 3 injections of Zoladex into the abdominal wall 4x weekly. Looking these medications up I've seen a ton of side effects like most meds. The gynaecologist agreed I had normal hormones and no gyno problems or endometriosis but being

i had a miscarriage at 5 weeks after a frozen embryo transfer. They have given me two options: one is modified natural cycle and other is same previous method where I was given estrogen tablets patches and pessaries and had embryo transfer. I’m not sure which option is better. I had a positive pregnancy

Protocol for FET - Anyone had similar??
Hi everyone! Had egg collection & PGT and we have 1 suitable embryo. Call today with 2 proposed protocols, medicated & natural. We are leaning more towards medicated which entails Prostap, Progynova, Buserelin & Cycolgest. Curious if anyone else has experienced this and what to expect?? TIA ❣️

how often for a Fibroscan
Patients who have cirrhosis may need one more often to detect the amount of
fibrosis
(stiffness) in the liver. The name of the book is PBC The Definitive Guide for Patients with Primary Biliary Cholangitis. So much information here for everyone to read!

back to the drawing board with aches & pains
I’m now worrying as his ELF levels were raised 9.8 (7.6 - 9.8) and he’s to have a fibroscan for moderate liver
fibrosis
. His serum albumin level was 32gl (35-50). Serum globulin 40gl (20-34) But his Gamma GT was 34iuL (10-71), a huge difference since the previous test when it was 88!!

Lung damage, ECMO, time taken to recover.
His lungs still have not gone into
fibrosis
, but the have not healed also. Anyone has stories similar and how they recovered would be helpful. Lung transplant is an option, but something we would want to avoid, but stories would help
