Procrastinating and am a little put off…
You would never have some character in anything with those qualities…and have, say, cystic
fibrosis
! It is not right. Maybe that is why I am not apt to tell my doctor when my asthma isn’t good. Or take my rescue at work, unless I can hide somewhere where nobody will see it? Is it embarrassment?

NASH Trial
But each 6 month check up I’m told that the
fibrosis
and steatosis are getting slightly worse so I was recommended to apply for a current clinical trial that was looking for candidates. I applied and after a rigorous month of blood tests, ecg, mri, biopsy and bone dexa scan I was accepted.

Time off for frozen embryo transfer?
Hello I am due to start my injections in a couple of weeks for my second go at ivf I was off work the first time so it didn't matter but this time I'll be working fully time as a hairdresser and wondered if I should book time off? Unfortunately my first attempt at ivf ended in a miscarriage at 10 weeks

Smoking, Oxygen Use Linked to Higher Hospitalization Risk in IPF.
While receiving treatment at specialized centres lowers the risk of hospitalization among patients with idiopathic pulmonary
fibrosis
(IPF), being a former smoker and requiring oxygen therapy are both associated with a higher likelihood of hospitalization.

Buscopan, transfers
Has anyone ever taken buscopan before an embryo transfer? I've read it's supposed to aid implantation as it stops your uterus / muscle cramping x

PROGESTERONE CHECK
Hi Can anyone tell me when you would do a progesterone blood test check again after having a frozen embryo transfer. The first check being before embryo transfer and what should the progesterone levels be. Also does anyone know where I can get a same day blood test result for this in Glasgow. I would

Anyone tried Luveris injections? Low responder here 😞
I’m 39. I’m doing “everything right”. Eat. Sleep. Diet. Acupuncture. And guess what? I’m cycle 2 of IVF and my follicles just aren’t growing. There’s about 6 in total. Doctor has given me Luveris - which is an extra stim to help “very slow” responders. I’m so sad. Why is my body doing this? Any words

OHSS treated with Cetrotide?
Hello. I had my egg retrieval this morning for egg freezing. Managed to get 16 follicles and 14 eggs but I've been told I have OHSS. I don't feel like I have OHSS. If anything, I'm less sore than my first egg collection but I am bloated. I've been advised that I need to inject centrotide for a further

Has anyone conceived naturally with PCOS?
Hello, I recently asked my gynecologist what my chances would be of conceiving naturally and he said 'I won't say zero but very low' which made me think all this time has been wasted with charting my cycles and hoping for pregnancy month after month. When I tell family members I have PCOS they brush

How are ones coping that are experiencing advanced fibrosis and cirrhosis?
I guess as this disease trods on, I'm just wondering how those PBCers out there who find themselves in late stages of
fibrosis
or even in cirrhosis are doing? Are you working or not? Are you having difficulties? What meds or trials are you on or in?

I have brochiectasis, sarcoidosis and lung
fibrosis
. I use a Nebulizer, Strerimar sea nasal spray, mometasone furoate nasal spray. The consultant at the Royal Brompton said use the Atrovent inhaler twice, 15 minutes before the postural lung drainage, which I do.

Embarrassing facial hair after hysterectomy
I had my full hysterectomy three years ago, age 33 and since then have had really embarrassing facial hair under my chin. I wax it off, but I’d rather just not have it 😞 I can only take tibolone HRT, due to my age… has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any tips? It just makes me feel so

6 month limit for ovulation induction?
Hello, I'm due to start ovulation induction (Clomid or Letrozol) soon and I know they can only be taken for a maximum of 6 months due to the associated risks. Getting ahead of myself here I know! But I was wondering if this is a maximum of 6 months in your lifetime i.e. if it takes 5 months of taking
