In the past few months I’ve been having a variety of problems and new symptoms – extreme fatigue, increased anxiety and panic attacks, plantar
fasciitis
, weight gain and abnormal PV bleeding. I’ve just been diagnosed with a fibroid.

Progress - Plantar Fasciitis
Today I experimented with my insoles. Went for two together: ones for fallen arch (on top)and gel - (on the bottom)! Definitely a good move! I felt much stronger. How much better will it feel when I replace my old sad trainers with new ones!! Oh, and first run in the dark - well for 30 years!

New Rhuemetologist
Went from 20 to 17.5 and my crp went down even with a bout of plantar
fasciitis
. Since I am having kidney issues he really wants me off prednisone asap. Well so do I. The weekly lab does give me some comfort.

Newbie Saying Hello 🙂
I’ve got plantar
fasciitis
, but as long as I take it easy and at my own pace, the running’s not making it any worse. Thing is, without the group, I’m losing motivation,so earlier this afternoon I joined this lovely group!

Running shop???
Due to my excessive weight, dodgy joints and plantar
fasciitis
I want to invest in a pair of running shoes suited to me. At the moment I’m plodding around in a pair of trainers I’ve had for years.

However, http://newsthump.com/2015/04/23/exercise-pointless-if-you-keep-pushing-cakes-into-your-fat-face-conclude-experts so I'm going to the doctors about it, as well as about the suspected plantar
fasciitis
I developed after trying the C25k program earlier this year, which isn't helping the yoga.

Tsh result.
Refused RAI treatment so took a maintenance dose of 5mg carbimazole which was stopped last summer and have had symptoms of joint pain, weight gain, plantar
fasciitis
, and tingling limbs. Recent tsh result is3.49. I asked for my t4 but endo states that tsh is normal so t4 wouldn’t be looked at.

Streak Over at this time
Had a great time running 13 days on the trot, but my Plantar
Fasciitis
has flared up and so I've decided to rest. I've learnt to listen to my body and not force my running. looking forward to start again and now i have a target :)

Any Advice for Plantar Fasciitis?
Hello, In highschool I would always get Plantar
Fasciitis
when I was running on the cross country team. But I never really found a way to help repair my foot.

I've even bought plantar

Finally diagnosed with RA and Inflammatory Fasciitis instead of possible Scleroderma
After lots of tests and a visit to the Royal Free at London to check whether I had some form of scleroderma I now have a diagnosis of Inflammatory
Fasciitis
instead (which I know is good news for me - my rheumatologist says 'it is in fact similar but different').

Face to face assessment
He said it is plantar
fasciitis
, does anyone else have this. He suggested a few exercises for this. But it is just another symptom to live with! David

Curling toes or clubfoot....
He told me if I left it unchecked I would set myself up for plantar
fasciitis
. Well I had that once and I never want to have it again! He sent me to my local box store and told me to go to the doctor Scholl's kiosk and have my foot mapped.
