Streak Over at this time

Had a great time running 13 days on the trot, but my Plantar Fasciitis has flared up and so I've decided to rest.

I've learnt to listen to my body and not force my running. looking forward to start again and now i have a target :)

13days is highly respectable. Make sure you take care of that foot..

Good idea to rest if your body is saying no. I don't think my legs could take running everyday they need a good rest.

Good on you for listening to your body!

Very sensible. That way you can streak again when you are ready. Meanwhile, roll that iced bottle, do those exercises... Hope you feel better soon.

Get well soon! I think you've got to be really tough to streak, I know I'm not ready for it!

Good plan. I'm not the best at having rest days but they are as important as the running.

Listening to your body and keeping any exercise within the limits of what it can handle will always be the priority. Glad you had a great time.
